I am a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, where I earned a BA in Global Tourism Management with a concentration in Sales, Meeting and Event Management, and an MBA in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing.  After graduation, I started my event planning and management career as the Special Events Assistant at The Preservation Society of Newport County, where I helped plan events at some of the world’s most beautiful properties - The Newport Mansions.

 

After two years in Newport, I returned to Maine to be closer to family and friends, embarking on a different kind of events career managing multi-million dollar mobile marketing events and tours across the United States.  From there, I transferred to managing corporate events for a technology company, planning conferences throughout the US and Europe.

 

My passion for events led me to create the MAINE event.
