Day of Coordination
This package is for the bride and groom who want to do their own planning, but need some assistance in the weeks leading up to and the day of their event. While you may consider having a family member or friend take on this task, it can be challenging and stressful for both you and your designated helper.
While this is often referred to as "Day of Coordination" we will begin working together 8 weeks before the big day to ensure that I can successfully execute your vision flawlessly, allowing you, your family, and friends to fully enjoy the day you've worked so hard to create.
Package Starts at $2,000.00 and Includes:

Customized month by month planning checklist to keep you on track

Confirmation of vendor responsibilities and services to be provided

Assistance with timeline creation and floor plan layout

Rental order review and supervision

Venue walk through one week before event

Rehearsal of ceremony in conjunction with officiant the night before

*Up to 12 hours of execution and management the day of event including:

Serve as the onsite point of contact for all vendors

Ensuring all vendors arrive and set up in the correct location

Set up gift table and welcome table, if needed

Review of timeline with all vendors and work with them to ensure that first dance, cake cutting, toasts, and any other planned moments take place at the appropriate times

Removal of gifts from the gift table at the end of event and transfer to designated family member or friend

Distribution all final vendor payments and gratuities

Confirmation of breakdown with appropriate vendors

A non-refundable $500 deposit is due upon contract signing. 50% is due 8 weeks before event and remaining balance is due the day before the event.
*Additional hours will be billed after the event at $150 per hour
